The battery life on this is really good (easily 8-10 hrs on max power) and the clip is much more robust than other book lights i've used - it has kind of a hinge in it so it grips the edge flat no matter how wide you clip it. Also easily fits over 3/4" surfaces. Doesn't do a great job if you need to mount it on a vertical pole (it slides down substantially) but for flat surfaces it's really nice.Controls are also intuitive and easy to use.Stem bends easily and feels like a good wire vs the really weird stuff ones I've seen on larger lights.I was hoping this would be bright enough to use for some weird craft show displays I'm doing, but it's not quite that bright. It's good for reading or task light on a small area, but it's definitely not as bright as others over a big area/shelf. I'll probably still keep it for when I draw though. Or honestly as a night lamp by my bed lol

I absolutely love the brightness options on this, as well as the ability to change the light tone color. It stays well, is super easy to use, the grip on the light is strong but doesn't dent the pages (the clip is padded and has a movable front as to not clip pages). I'm also so happy it's not battery powered or set to die at a certain time - I can charge it from anywhere at any time, and have my night light to read (or honestly, do anything at night - I keep it on my bed stand if I drop something or need to write something because of how bright it can be if you set it light that!) The flexibility of the light is great, and there is no weight shift light in other night lights that can causes the light to droop - this one doesn't do any of that!

This has been one of the best purchases Ive made as a book worm. The light is bright enough that it lights up my entire room, but there different color tones mean that even when fully charged and on the brightest setting, the light will not wake up another person. It is more than bright enough to read in, and an excellent way to stay away from your phone and wind down before bed. I use it every night for at least forty minutes, and the battery lasts well over two months. The clip is excellent and I have many more good things to say. Worth every penny. The wider light makes reading a little easier as well.

If you read in bed at night, like me, this is your best friend. I had one of those lights that hang around your neck, but I could never get it to light a whole page so I had to move it around while I read. Not a great system. This light is great for lighting a whole page, and works as a book mark when I’m not reading. And it’s rechargeable, too. Really glad I got one.

Love this lightweight clip light. It is strong enough to stay on my books, and is bright enough. It has multiple brightness and color settings, but I find I always use it at the brightest setting and the same bright color setting.It is convenient to charge it, and I like that it shows with small dot lights how much the battery is up or down. Would recommend for readers.

This lamp works really well for me. I tried the one that hangs around your neck but always had to hold the light in place to light up the right spot on the page. This one I just clip onto the book -- clips well to both paperback and hardbound -- and let it be. It stays nicely in place, and the flexible neck is easy to use to get the light to exactly where it is needed. I gave it only 4 stars because I don't know how it will last and I haven't experimented much with the different settings. It's on one I like and the brightness is perfect, so I'm just using that one. I like the light weight, too. I'm really happy with this purchase

one of my favorite reading lights i’ve bought! it’s SO bright on every setting and i’ve had it for a while now. It rarely needs charging, (the battery LASTS) and i use it by clipping it onto the first or last half of the book pages (depending where i’m reading.) it’s just such a good light. so glad i bought this one

Exactly what I was looking for all of these years!I need a light that was flexible enough to twist and turn.Bright enough and has the option to change the colour of the light.And even more importantly, it has a heavy enough base that it can stand on itself without having to clip it to something for it to stay steady.In my opinion, this is the perfect set up for nighttime reading session.
