Bristles are soft. The cleaner cleans efficiently. On a muddy day you might need to change the order. Cleaning the cleaner is also very easy. My pooch doesn't resist and it doesn't hurt also. Loved the product.

It's a good product. I used it for my pet Shihtzu she's 7months and I bought a large cup. Still found it was smaller as her hairs keep tangled in the rubber whenever we wash her legs. Overall it's just a fancy thing

It effectively cleans all the dirt from the paws, however you’ve to use a towel or rug for wiping the paws for drying them. Good to have tool for monsoon season or if your dog is despised to muddy terrain quite often. Size is large and appropriate for my Labrador.
