Looks - both, the bell unit as well as the button look great and have a sleek and impressive finishQuality - as real good. Fixing the button unit on the wall was also easy and adhesion is amazing.Usability - very easy to inbox, install and use. Has a very good rangeFeatures - remote feature, multiple sound choices, volume and range of operation. All are great.Service - have registered for warranty and customer care was very prompt in issuing the certificate.

Seems really good. The wireless range is good. The volume is also good. However it's been only 2 weeks since I have purchased this. If it works well over a longer period of time then definitely good product.

Quality is poor , for this high price a shoddy product is unacceptable. on top of it two times one of the remotes were sent broken with shaking parts inside.Stay away from this
