Salter health grill is ideal
A really good, useful and versatile health grill. Only downside is after cooking meat, it does take quite a bit to clean. Saying that, it is certainly a health grill that drains off excess fat etc when cooking. Even makes great toasted sandwiches. Quite quick to reach temperature before using. Recommend this grill

Great great great value for money
This sandwich toaster is excellent. It's easy to clean, and makes great sandwiches/paninis very quickly. There's no button to regulate the temperature, but frankly that hasn't bothered me so far and I've been using it almost every day since I bought it. My sandwiches are always perfectly grilled.There is a small compartment underneath for collecting the sauce or any leakage. The appliance never makes a mess and is very very easy to clean.I live alone, so the size suits me perfectly, but it could be a bit too small for a couple or a family. It only holds one sandwich/panini per cooking.

It will fit two slices
Good, compact size. The quality of finish is impeccable. Easy to clean too. It's a steal for the price!Update: broke after second use. All I did was putting two slices of sourdough bread!

Quality
Item arrived in time. Very handy for cooking waffles, fish cakes, fish finger, toasties very quickly and hassle free. Easy to use my teenagers love it.

Dodgy non-stick coating
Initially I found this absolutely brilliant. I live alone and its an ideal size for me. used it mainly for bacon, fish and chicken breasts. I have been making great Nando's style chicken burgers using their sauces.Problem: after maybe about 20 (maximum) uses it has now started to deposit micro-thin slivers of the silver non-stick coating material onto my chicken, hence only one star now. I guess i don't want to ingest this stuff, so tonight I laboriously scraped it off the cooked chicken with a knife. That kinda spoiled my evening meal. I will not use this again and must discard it. Well past the return window. I don't have time or patience to try contacting Salter and all that rigmarole.Its a shame because it works well otherwise. I suppose I need to look for a much more expensive machine. You get what you pay for. Sadly, I do not recommend this,

Very nice toast machine
Amazing little toaster. Very lightweight and easy to clean. It can fit two toasts. If you are living alone this is for you.
