I was not expecting much, as I am quite picky about my pillows, and I have a hard time finding pillows that I find comfortable. When I started using a CPAP machine, things got real difficult, and I was having trouble sleeping on my side (which is how I prefer to sleep). Then I searched for a CPAP friendly pillow on Amazon and saw that this one was highly rated, so I gave it a try. It works! No more having my nasal pillow mask pushed to the side by my pillow and causing me to wake up.This pillow allows me to lay my head more in the middle of the pillow (unlike before where I had to sleep at the very edge and use my hand or arm to support the front of my head). With its cutouts, this pillow gives adequate room for your mask when sleeping on your side, and it supports your chin and forehead enough to keep your head from going down to the mattress.And this pillow is also comfortable for back sleeping.I would not recommend using a tight fitting pillow case though, as this might block the cutout sections and push against your mask.

I didn’t expect much from a CPAP-specific pillow, but I’ve got to say this one is genuinely fantastic. The cutouts on both sides make a huge difference, especially for side sleeping with a full-face mask or even a nasal pillow. My head settles comfortably into the cavities, and turning over during the night feels natural—I can easily adjust and stay comfortable.What’s cool is that even when I’m not using my CPAP, I can flip the pillow around and it still works great. The crevices are actually nice spots for your hands if you sleep on your stomach or side.Not even kidding—this is the most comfortable foam pillow I’ve tried, CPAP or otherwise. The fact that it works so well with my gear is just a huge bonus. Highly recommend it!

I like sleeping on a thin contoured memory foam pillow. I’ve had mine for years. But now that I have to wear a Cpap at night I couldn’t sleep on my side without the pillow pushing the mask off of my face. I’d try laying on the edge but I wasn’t getting the support I needed. This is a great pillow! It has cut out on the bottom edges so when I flip over my mask doesn’t lose its seal. And it’s not overly thick so I’m comfortable sleeping on my back as well. My only complaint is how small the raised area is. If you toss and turn at night it’ll take some getting used to. I’m sorry I didn’t order the bigger size, but I’m not sorry about ordering this pillow.

I wear the nasal pillow mask, and live to sleep on my side. I was waking up every night, several times, when my mask would dislodge on my face laying on my side. This is amazing!!! My mask stays in place, and I can sleep! Highly recommend!! Happy customer here. I wish I would have found this 4 years ago!

I really do love this cpap pillow. There are many reasons. The main one is that it is stable. The sides do not collapse and it supports my head as a side sleeper very well. Also, I like that one side of the neck support is higher than the other, which makes it so versatile. I tried both sides and I prefer the lower one for me. I have used it for a few weeks before writing an honest review. Getting used to a cervical style pillow took a couple of nights originally, but now that's all I use. I highly recommend this one. There is no odor and I used it right of the box!

This pillow was a game changer for me. I'm a stomach sleeper and this pillow works great with my CPAP. I wake up without a stiff neck and don't wake up to adjust my mask. Would definitely buy again. Neck support

I expected a higher pillow. In comparison to the pictures, it's flat. I will keep it, but I'm not as happy as I would have been had it been thicker.

Took over a month to really get used to this pillow but it is truly worth it. I had such difficulty getting used to my CPAP for months and this pillow helped a lot! Now it is comfortable and can’t live without it! Well worth! Tried both Queen and large size and I went with Large because the height was higher.
