Can't go wrong with a Victorinox!
I watch cooking and food prep videos on social media and I notice a lot of chefs use Victorinox knives to cut through food with ease so I ventured out and started buying my own set. I now own the Victorinx cimeter, boning knife, bread knife, 3" pairing, 6" chef, and a 8" chef knife. All are great with the Fibrox non-slip handle. They also keep sharp for a long time and the Swiss-made quality provides great value for the money. I prefer these to some of the Henckel's knives I have.

Light and Sharp
Absolutely love the victorinox knives. They hold their sharpness for a long time, they fit very well in the hand and are light but very sturdy.

Sharp and useful
This knife is great. Easy to use especially for hands in the smaller side - if your hands are larger you may be better off with an 8”. I love the gripped handle - makes it very easy to use or wash.

A bit light weight. Very precise but only for softer fruit/vegetables
A bit light weight for my liking, but works wonderfully. Chops things like chives, peppers, cucumbers and onions with precision well. However I would prefer a heavier knife for mincing and slightly harder vegetables like carrots. Excellent with soft fruit of course and leafy greens. I did successfully cut buttenut squash with it once but i would not recommend. Cuts very clean.Overall I would recommend for soft leafy veges and softer fruit and veges that need to be cut finely with precision. I would say brocolli is the firmest thing it cuts well and with ease. Not an all purpose knife and struggles with anything firmer than a carrot.Worth the price, however I personally like an 'everything knife' when cooking to reduce how many times I switch knives and this is not really it.

Outstanding knives, bought 6 so far. Two for us and the others as gifts.
If I only had one kitchen knife this might be it. I have many others but this one is a nice size that can do most things pretty darn well.Gave one to a friend, he thought that was an odd gift, put it up and didn't try it for almost a year, finally he needed a sharp knife for some ribs and remembered the one I gave him, he said it was a eureka moment when he realized why I had given it to him. He also realized that he had never actually owned a sharp knife until then, at 62 years old. He loves it now.It holds an edge very well. The handle is superb, doesn't get slippery, big enough for my hands and small enough for our daughters.Blade is more flexible than the 8" version (which I also have and highly recommend and gift) but that works well for many things as well.It really is an awesome knife.

Very sharp & easy to grip handle
This knife is great. It's very sharp & cuts easily through tomatoes, onion and even potatoes. It has a very nice handle that's easy to grip & hold. The handle doesn't get slippery when wet.
