Bonne MamanLemon Tartlets, 4.41 Ounce (Pack of 1)

Bought these and other selections for my mom for Mother’s Day, as she’s a big sweets eater. She loved them.

These don't look like much, but they're fantastic. Don't hesitate to buy some.

These lemon tartlets are tasty. This is my second time ordering. The glavor of the lemon jelly reminds me of the old-fashioned lemon drops. It's more candy-like than a jelly. It has a crust comparable to a cookie. I like the texture, but it can be a little crumbly. They're small but good. I will order again.

tasty, but the jelly portion had hardened to almost a rubber consistency. Plus, the price was 8 times what I paid for other tartlets :( Date code showed good till 7 months from now.

I have had this product before from another source and love them, they are tart and just enough sweet with a crispy shortbread like crust about 2” or so across just about two bites and great with tea. My problem was with the product I received this time. There is supposed to be nine tarts in the package I received seven, the three pictured above are the best of the lot. The box was opened, smashed and the other four tarts were a crumb and gooey mess. Thank goodness they are individually wrapped or it would be a real mess. This product is termed ineligible for return, I had to actually talk to an agent to get my money back (nice live person) as the automated system will not allow a refund or return, at $7.08 a box it was a pricey treat to just blow off. If you can get the product intact they are great for a special occasion or treat, good luck and if you get them enjoy.

These cooking have the appearance of tasting REALLY DELICIOUS, but unfortunately the box arrived open, therefore, I was afraid of eating them. I called customer service and they asked me to send them a picture of the damaged box, which I did, (perhaps they were not believing me), so they refunded me. Thank you Seller!! One of my friends told me that they are really really good, tasting apparently like they are homemade. So, I will try and order another box and see.
