These tablets taste good but most of all an excellent replacement for hard to swallow, gag worthy, huge Calcium/Magnesium tablets. Because I can pop them in my mouth and chew, I take them every day and am assured to have my recommended dose of Calcium and Magnesium.

It's difficult to find a combination of calcium and magnesium supplements that are also chewable. This one is perfect. However, it feels like eating chalk (though I've never eaten chalk). Not a pleasant taste, but still better than swallowing large pills.

Flavour profile:- Chalky (expected)- Peachy (I guess that's close to tropical)- Chewing on a pencil (very specific, I don't know why it tastes like this, but trust me that flavour is present).I read mixed reviews on the flavour of these before buying, so thought I'd help give another opinion. Overall, it's not as if I'd choose to snack on them, but as an alternative to swallowing giant, chalky tablets these win hands down.

The daily therapeutic dose (of calcium plus half the quantity of magnesium to be in balance) is quite large. Rather than providing this dose via 3 or 4 smaller tablets, all other brands seem to produce 'easy to swallow' tablets that are actually large and very difficult to swallow! These tablets are designed to be easily crunched and swallowed and are also pleasantly flavoured. Unless you have a throat the diameter of The Channel Tunnel, I'd strongly recommend these tablets.

I couldn't take these tablets. They are far too sweet to chew and impossible to swallow whole. The sweeteners used in manufacture should be reduced to make them palatable. They are no use to me but I cannot be refunded having taken tablets from the pack.

They help you to get to sleep. I had finished my tablets and as I found that I was dropping off to sleep after taking them before bed, i decided that magnesium DOES work and thought I'd try a different brand. Bad mistake! The other make did NOT work. I have tried them for a week. So I am going to reorder these.

I like the tablet, but the only problem is the flavour , I just don't like those sweetener they use, can you please make it plain, I have tried loads of brand but the only issue is the sweeteners. I don't mind the chalky flavour I just want it natural without sweetener.

Could be a little more palatable with more flavour
