Very comfortable, wonderfully soft velveteen-type cover. I wake with no neck pain or backache. Provides great support for knees and ankles and a small separate pillow adds extra support at the small of my back. I am not pregnant but the small pillow can be used to support a woman’s belly. It can be rearranged for 3 different uses during pregnancy. I like the one where it shows how the pillow can support your back and the baby while nursing. I would have liked to spend more like $30-$35 on such a pillow, but all the reviews of cheaper pillows had DIRE warnings about how they were CRAP. I have only had this about a week, and I haven’t washed the cover yet. But the cover material and zippers look substantial. Hope this helps somebody. It came in a plastic bag in a box which was inside another box.

This pillow comes with vacuum sealed, after one day, it's fluffy as expected! There's no weird odor, the texture is very soft, comfortable and supportive!!! I especially love the zipper design, it makes you easy to remove the cover and very convenient to clean up! Also, it can be adjusted to suit for everyone... As for the thickness, if you find the pillow is too thick, just take some fillings out, it's a very smart design though!This pillow offers multi-functions, very easy to take apart. The removable part under the head is so nice as I can put my arms there without feeling any uncomfortable... Two sides of pillows make me feel free to turn either side suring the night! Highly recommended!!!

I was reluctant to get a special pillow for pregnancy because I have a very sensitive neck and all the pillows I could find are body and head combined. I prefer "pancake pillows" as they don't give me headaches. When I saw that this pillow has removal stuffing and each of the pieces were zippered together, I decided to try it. I am so glad I did! What I did for the pillow part, rather than remove stuffing, is I just took the head pillow out of the zipper and replaced it with my old pillow. I did not want to remove the stuffing because I wanted to keep the integrity of the original design since I could see the benefits in using it in other ways once my baby is here. It is sooooo comfortable! I get the benefits of the belly support, leg support, and back support while using my old flat pillow. I recommend this pillow, especially to anyone with special head pillow needs due to neck problems because you can personalize it to fit your preference.

Look no further. This is the best pregnancy pillow I have found and I have literally tired and returned every single one on amazon. All of a sudden this new one popped up just when I was losing hope. Material soft but not so soft your belly slips off, it’s supporitve enough for neck and keep your hips aligned. The curve at the bottom is perfect for feet. The only problem is with me, after trying to find something to relieve hip pain I’ve given up and stacked up pillows to sleep upright. Nothing will relieve my pain.

This pillow beats out all the other popular highly rated pillows by a landslide. I got this pillow right around 3 months pregnant and it arrived compact/vacuum sealed. I left it out all day and by the time i went to bed, it was fully plumped up and plushy. No odors at all. I cant rave about this pillow enough and im glad i didnt let the bad reviews deter me from ordering this. Yes, the fabric is a suede type material but it doesnt get hotter than any other pillows surrounding you. Compared to the other pregnancy pillow i had that was a cotton material, i would prefer this one as the softer material is nicer to sleep on and they both produce about the same amount of heat. I am a furnace at night so my biggest concern was getting too hot and in the middle of summer, i havent had any issues.Things that this pillow has that others dont is what makes this 10000000x better and you can tell someone clearly thought out the design for the best comfort:1. the removable cover is easy to wash.2. detachable pieces if you want to rearrange them or remove them to fit your needs.3. the strap the connects the left to the right so the side supports dont stray away during your sleeping but can also be removed if you dont like it4. removable stuffing if the pillow is too thick or too thin in areas (mine is perfect so i didnt need to).5. it comes with the belly support mini pillow!!!6. the curved side pillow is perfect for wrapping around you and the short side pillow is perfect if you want your feet sprawled out.7. the length of this pillow can easily fit a taller girl... im only 5 foot 2 inches and when my knees bend over the pillows or stretch out, there is a ton of length left.8. the gaps between the side pillows and the head pillow is PERFECT for your arms to stretch out through so you arent stuck and in an awkward position all night.9. im going on 4 months of sleeping with it and the pillow is just as plushy as the very first day10. solid construction. i dont know what that other review was talking about holes forming and stitches coming undone... i toss and turn like a fish out of water all night because my baby kicks the living daylights out of me and through all the pulling, pushing, shifting and twisting i go through... this pillow is TOUGH.my advice... if you want to sleep comfortably... get this pillow. dont go with a more popular choice. dont pick a pillow because it had a billion reviews. dont get the other pillow because it has a cute design... GET THIS PILLOW! i plan on using this even after pregnancy. It's so comfy and you really dont need to be pregnant to enjoy sleeping on cloud 9 every night. My husband wants to buy himself one... so just trust me and get this pillow. You wont regret it.

The pillow is very large and thick，with a nice design for both sides，not only for pregnant women，but also for any side sleepers.

It doesn't keep me on my side, almost everytime i wake up, I'm on my back woth the pillow spread out on either side, and that's with the two sides connected woth the strip of fabric.I ended up taking the top peice out of the pillow case, and just setting my own pillow on top of it. My neck hurt when i woke up. But also, something the pillow couldn't help, i like to fall asleep on my side with my arm under my pillow and my arm would get stuck under the pillow and i would wake up with my arm at strange angles.If i ever buy another one, i would probably buy one that is long on both sides so i could have that between the legs support no matter which side I'm lying on.I don't hate it, which is why i didn't return it, but i probably should have.
