I am very disappointed in the product. I have a 32" monitor that weighs 17.6 lbs. This monitor arm could not keep it lifted no matter how much I tightened the screw. It would hold it for awhile but it would slowly start to come down. Having to have the screw so tight made the monitor extremely hard to adjust to the point of being unusable. The clamp damaged my wood desk leaving deep scratches and marks in 4 places; the little protective things they provide are worthless. The cable management piece arrive broken. The bottom rotating piece was also extremely difficult to move, again being rendered practically unusable. Finally, I don't know how people use this as a sit/stand device. I'm only 5'4" and with the arm fully extended up, which granted didn't last long, my monitors weren't high enough for me. The product is being returned.

I really like the arm, easy to install. Nice weight. I was not afraid to attach my monitor. Connections on the arm are tight not loose or flimsy. Hold monitor in the perfect spot without drooping. I would buy again.

I have had the best experience after purchasing this item. First of all, the shipping was fast. Item arrived well packaged. Everything that I needed for set up was included in the box. I didn't need any spare parts or extra tools to assemble the mount, which was a plus.Easy assembly. I was worried if this mount can hold my 19 lbs monitor or not. In fact, it works really well with my monitor, no doubts about the weight holding. I can now turn my monitor up and down, from side to side very easily.For this amount of money, it was the best solution. I was able to save some space on the desk and make everything more streamline and modern looking. I highly recommend this product. It was a great addition to my office space.

And it "mostly" does.The mount itself is great. It's well-made, sturdy, easy to assemble, has nice cable management,the aesthetics/design are great...almost everything about it is perfect. Except for two flaws:1) The actual VESA clip is not as robust as I would've wished, meaning it's loose between the plastic bit it clips onto and the actual clip. But to be completely honest, if you don't change your monitor's orientation daily, it's not that big of a deal.2) And this is the big one - the joint responsible for up/down tilt is absolutely unfit to handle monitors weighing equal to or more than 8kg! I'd say if your monitor weighs more than 7kg, find yourself a different mount to buy.What you see on the first photo is the joint's state before my "input", let's call it :-)The subsequent three photographs illustrate what it looks like after I've changed the nut andinserted three heavy-duty washers between the arms of the joint and the nut and bolt.And to finally hold my monitor in place so it doesn't tilt downward, I had to use pretty much allthe muscle power I had in my arms to tighten the damn thing! It's not just tight now...it's supertight! :-)So after all that, the monitor and the mount are one at last, which can be seen on the last twopictures.One more word about all the other joints, screws, nuts and bolts - I haven't had any problemswith any other aspect of assembling or using the mount whatsoever.In fact, the spring inside the arm itself, if adjusted to max, could easily hold a 10kgscreen I reckon. The problem is the weak joint I've described above.Overall a great mount, optimal for I would say up to 30 inch displays...or up to around7kg in weight.I haven't returned the mount as I've managed to remedy that little imperfection in thedesign myself but if the manufacturer wants to send me a replacement part that canactually keep an 8.2kg (hopefully more) display from tilting downwards, I'm up for it!PS. The desk clamp - my advice is to use some sort of a pad (either metal or hard wood)so you don't damage the surface of your desk. I used one for the bottom part (the metalpad the screw is attached to). The top/stand bit was alright without any "padding" :-)

Compré este soporte para mi monitor de 32 pulgadas (pesa cerca de 6,5 kg) y después de devolver el modelo Amazon Basics (el más barato) y estoy encantado.Este soporte es muy robusto, estable, fácil de montar y ofrece una gran versatilidad a la hora de establecer la posición que queremos.La calidad de la construcción y los materiales es muy buena también (me intrigó un poco que uno de los tornillos de ajuste de posición no me pareciera nuevo).Estoy muy satisfecho con esta compra y con la relación calidad/precio.

Me ha gustado mucho este soporte, es bastante robusto y con relación calidad precio bastante acertada.El acabado en negro es muy bonito, incluso con un acabado liso y no como las imágenes que se ve un poco rugoso (han ido a mejor).Tengo un pequeño problema al reclinarlo hacia arriba o hacia abajo pero ha sido porque lo he apretado demasiado y ahora me cuesta aflojarlo.Al principio me daba la sensación que era muy débil para soportar el peso pero era cuestión de ajustarlo con la llave allen incluida en el soporte.Tengo un monitor Phillips ultrawide de 34 pulgadas y se ha ajustado perfectamente.Viene con todo necesarios para montarlo, bien sea a través de un hueco o a través de una pinza.Por último y no menos importante he dado 4 estrellas porque algunas del brazo me parece que estaban usadas, y esto no me ha gustado estuve a punto de dar menos estrellas.

El precio es bueno, el soporte es bueno pero el producto en mi caso no ha funcionado. Al final me he tenido que comprar otro modelo que esta hecho para pantallas grandes que no necesariamente son tan pesadas, si tienes una pantalla curva lo mas seguro es que este modelo no te sirva por el hecho de que el anclaje entre el brazo y la pantalla no esta hecho para soportar la presion que estas pantallas tienen.El problema no sera que se caiga ni mucho menos, sino que no podras tener la pantalla recta y por ende el mirar a la pantalla sera horrible porque no puede, es imposible, estar recta, siempre estara curvada.Le doy una valoracion negativa para que mas gente sea consciente de este problema, si teneis una pantalla ultrawide o curvada ni se os ocurra comprar este modelo, en el resto de los casos es genial.

Ottimo prodotto, molto robusto e solido, supporta fino a 9 kg, si adatta perfettamente a piani fino a 8,5 cm di spessore. Sono molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto.
