How Can I get Missing Parts?
Just bought two of these mats, one for a gifted be given in March. One was complete but the other bag was not zipped shut and was missing the silicone spatula and dough scraper. Looks like good quality but would like to know how I can get the missing spatula and scraper. After this happened I was sent another mat in a very timely manner at no charge so they really stand behind their product so I am changing my stars from 1 star to 5 stars.

Great mat for fondant
Love this mat. Good quality (it’s my first) and actually sticks to a counter or tabletop so that it doesn’t move but peels up easily. Fondant won’t stick to it. Easy to wash as well, we just dry with paper towels or hang to dry. When I’m done with it it’s easy to roll up and store it in the drawer of my baking chest til next time. Great price. Not sure about oven use as I haven’t used it to bake anything. I mainly needed it for fondant work.

Love it
I used to use a Wilton Fondant mar and while I liked its square shape better this mat is 100 times better! I made 10 dozen rolled out cookies with this and am in love!

Nice, but fondant sticks
I bought this mat to use with fondant so I'd have a good work surface, but every time I try to roll out the fondant, it sticks to the mat really bad. I've tried putting preferred sugar and cornstarch on it, but it just doesn't help. I like that it's easy to clean and store, and it's heat resistant and big. I like that it seems to heal well when I cut the fondant on it. It does give me a nice surface to work on, I just wish it wasn't so sticky.

Isn’t non-slip
This is good for not having to sterilize the counters for working with dough. However this most definitely does slip so it makes it a bit useless. Still trying to find a way to hold it in place when using it

Easy to clean and use
Great quality. Previous mat I owned wore out quickly and everything stuck to it. This one is super easy to clean and folds up nicely. Love the dough scraper that came with it. Use it for curing and picking up dough. Easy to use sizing guides for rolling out pizzas. Used for multiple tasks and love that it saves my counters from harsh wear.

Could be a little bigger, a little thin, but I think it’s going to be ok.
