This is a great frying pan. We used to have a teflon pan that began to peel and we purchased the same pan thinking we scratched it but we had the same problem. So we tried this pan and it's worked great. It is very easy to use, doesn't stick and super easy to wash (we have always washed by hand because it's so easy). We use a little dish soap and a scrub daddy and it works amazingly. If you are looking for a great frying pay I highly suggest this one.

Sturdy, non-stick and easy clean up!

I've used the smaller fry pan like this for years and have really enjoyed it. It makes wonderful egg omelets without using any grease or butter. Sometimes I just needed it to be a little larger and that's why I ordered the 11" size. Am enjoying it just as well. I always use medium heat and it works great!

Very non stick, you really don't need oil or butter with this pan. Well made, heavy duty. I would definitely buy another one. Its a staple up from their all aluminum version.

After having these oans for 6 months 2 of my pans when you cook in them they stick I wouldn’t buy them again

Complete waste of money. In the garbage after only a few uses. I’ve only many non stick pans and they usually last about two years. I get it, no worries. I literally only use non stick pans to make scrambled eggs each morning. This pan lasted exactly ONE time before it started to have burn marks on the pan and food started sticking to the pan. Cheapest quality I’ve ever experienced. I should have returned but didn’t feel like going thru the headache. BEWARE AND SHOP ELSEWHERE

Than pans work great. Good value! Built well and nicely riveted Stainless steel handles.The only thing I’ve noticed is that food sticks and burns on the sides, and its hard to scrub off, more like spotting. Other than that, non stick surface is excellent. 4.2 out of 5 is my score for overall value and quality.

I ordered this because I had one that I unfortunately ruined by using too much heat. I knew what I was getting and I was not disappointed. These frying pans are awesome!

No stick. Ever. Beautiful finish. Handle slightly hard to hold on to (sort of flat, not rounded) but fine. Would recommend. Nice size.

I bought 2 of these 11 inch pans and at first they seem to be excellent and food slides off nicely. especially fried eggs. Even without butter, just the eggs from the shell. Now I like my eggs sunny side up every morning with a few strips of bacon. Eventually it seems like they went from sunny side to scrambled as they stuck. I tried everything, even lowered the heat. On my electric range I had the heat down to almost the lowest setting and used butter, oil, bacon fat, anything that might work. All kinds of food sticks. After a while even the stuck food leaves dark brown areas that are hard to wipe off. Both these pans had the same outcome and were eventually trashed. The stickiness starts about a month after they are used. I will go back to the old tried and true black teflon pans.

It has good heat transfer and food does not stick. Also the coating is safe and contains no harmful PFAS or Teflon like my former frying pan had

It is a great pan. Love the size and look. It is non stick but the coating doesn’t last as long as you think. The edges get black if you cook for a long period of time even on a low heat. I still use olive oil when cooking to avoid sticking.
