I've been taking this brands cordyceps extract for about 2 weeks now and have begun to notice a better stamina during workouts. I had more confidence in the quality of this brand due to the stated "militaris" form and percentage of beta glucans. Many of the other products did not state the form or level of beta glucans. With any herbal or vitamin product it is prudent to check the label for percentages of active ingredients. Brands that do not provide a detailed list of ingredients, sources, forms and percentages are suspect. I rate this brand highly.SW.

Received a stale and earthy powder but not the healthy and tasty earthy texture or flavor you would expect. Tastes like it was some grounded fillers.Not sure what type of mushroom was used but I did not want to order something that would have a bland taste with a gritty and stale texture.Also packaging was horrendous and label was falling off since receiving the item.

hard to control dose. small plastic spoon that would allow consumer to easily get the right dosage would be beneficial.NOt everyone has a gram scale and even if they do it is problematic to have to weigh it each time

I've tried enough brands to know when cordyceps is working. I can say that I am not getting the performance enhancement that I am used to while HIIT weightlifting. The powder is fine and appears correct alongside the product packaging.

Good mushrooms. I added it to my morning shake and gave it a nice flavor.

if you can stomach it for about 3 weeks it does seem to help.
