Save yourself - Do Not Buy
Total garbage. I actually cant believe they actually sell this. I put it together and all of the pieces were misaligned(bent/different angles). I got it together and figured I'd keep it because it would work...then realized how misaligned the grips were and the stress it was putting on my shoulder after two sets. Do Not Buy - company thinks they can get away with selling garbage. Only reason I gave it two stars was because it could have been good if they actually cared about what they were selling.

One Star
Looks easy to assemble but the tube opening didn't fit and was VERY crooked. After some "excessive force", finally got it to fit, but the grips are not balanced and crooked on one side. To make it worse, when doing inverted rows, this thing wobbles like crazy and would topple over easily if you are not strong enough to "manually stabilize" it yourself. Doing dips still wobble (noticeably annoying, but not unusable). This thing was also pricy and for that, I expected better quality. Haven't used the resistance bands so no comment on those.

This is very disappointing given that competitors that are 1/3 of the cost have much better cushions.
The device is a bit wobbly because it has multiple tubes to allow for adjustments, but is sufficiently stable when being used. An unexpected negative is that the cushion on the handles does not cover the entire handle AND mine are not even, making it hard to make sure my hands are even when doing dips. This is very disappointing given that competitors that are 1/3 of the cost have much better cushions.

Sturdy, light, but the buttons to allow it to widen at the bottom are hard to press in and use.
Great setup for doing dips. The buttons to adjust it wide or narrow at the bottom are hard to press in and use, making that functionality difficult. That's the only thing I didn't like about this. I like that it shipped quick, went together easy, and it's very sturdy when doing exercises on this.

Good balance of sturdy and mobile
Cool product. Quite sturdy considering how mobile it is. Some reviewers commented on the lack of stability, which I have not noticed. The instructions for setting up the rings are a bit goofy, but I figured it out. The handles are slightly angled, so you can't have a perfectly neutral grip, but that means they can also accommodate a range of grip width, which is nice. I'm 5'8", and with bent knees have no problem getting a full range of motion on the dip with this product.

Easy install. I only weigh 140 lbs
I was hesitant to buy this product because it seemed half the people said it's not stable and the other half say it is. And my main concern was stability. I put this together in about 15 min. Easy install. I only weigh 140 lbs... so I'm sure this is a factor but it's 90% stable while I do dips. If some 200 lb guy was doing dips on this , then I'm sure it'd be less stable . But for me , it works very well. It may not be a professional gym grade dip machine , but those take up more space and cost double if not more compared to this machine.
