The Front Runner in the Behind Race
Let me start off by admitting that I do not have an extensive education in the chair sciences nor do I understand enough about physics to safely understand how this chair keeps me from ungracefully assplanting onto the hard wood below me. However, I have accumulated a taste for the butt luxuries of life due to my experience sitting which makes up about 8-12 hours of my day. My posterior has sat in many a things, from poop ridden diapers during my childhood to the hard office chairs in my adulthood, and I can safely say that if my butt was a sentient life form, it would undoubtedly choose this OP Seat Master Series to house the butt family. The pleated leather provides a deceptively comfortable cushion to my wanting caboose and the various levers makes me feel like I'm in a car chair built by NASA. The only downfall of this chair is that it doesn't fully flatten out into a bed. If it did, I would probably use it for ~20 hours a day.

Feels more expensive than what it is
So far I've only had office chairs. Big, squishy leather ones. I thought these were the best choice for comfort, but unfortunately I couldn't escape the occasional back ache. Not to mention they went flat, or fell apart after a couple of years. So I thought it was about time to get a proper gaming chair. what always deterred me from getting one was not only the price, but the vast amount of options. I did a lot of research across a couple of months until I decided to go with something in the mid range. After dozens of chairs that I browsed, I came across this one. It's not a cheap chair, although it isn't utterly expensive either, but what made me seal the deal was the vast amounts of good reviews. I can say I got more than I paid for.The first impression was how nicely build the chair is. Not only that, but very sturdy, and materials don't feel cheap at all. The vinyl is very smooth, yet solid. Not like that cheap fake leather you find in some chairs. It is tightly wrapped around the chair as if it was one solid piece. Stitches are even. the plastic parts feel solid, as well as the aluminum and other parts. Once put together, the chair is rock-solid and it won't wobble.Sitting on it is obviously different than my previous experience. The cushion is very firm, but very dense. You don't feel as if your butt is touching the base and it doesn't cut circulation to your legs after a while of playing. IT doesn't not feel as if it will go flat anytime the back support is amazing. I feel not only a constant support on my back, but also my neck, with help from the small included cushion. the lumbar cushion works well if you recline the chair past a normal seating position, otherwise, the chair will keep you in the best posture possible. As for the size, it is definitely a large chair. I am 6'2 and very skinny (152lb). I feel that another 1/4 worth of my mass would be needed to fill in this thing. There is not much else to say. this chair exceeded my expectations. Besides gaming, I also do a lot of art and write novels, so I will spend half of my day sitting in front of my computer. Today, for the first time, I feel zero pain or exhaustion after spending all afternoon working on my computer. Even the color matches one of my armor designs, which was an added bonus.I was surprised that for $220 you are getting a product that feels so solid and well-made. One last thing to add is the vast amount of adjustments it includes. The armrests being the highlight. If someone sold me this for $320, I would've bough it.

If you are not a gamer, don't buy this chair.
I have a couple friends who are gamers, and they love their Opseat chairs. And this is definitely the best looking chair I've ever had, and it's obviously very well constructed. But I did not buy this chair for gaming, I bought it for my home office. So if you're reading this, please keep in mind I didn't purchase this for its intended use. Again, friends that buy chairs specifically for gaming love Opseat. The chair came with damaged parts (the back seat and the right arm handle) that took two weeks or so to replace. While the damage was obviously due to the carrier - the box arrived damaged and taped up - the level of customer service was lower than I would have expected. Not bad, by any means, just not up to the level I would give in my job or that I would expect as a customer. The instructions for assembly are minimal, to say the least. And assembling the chair is more difficult than it should be. The hex key/screwdriver they provide is rather cheap, as are the screws (they both strip fairly easily), which is surprising given the obvious quality of the chair construction itself. Fortunately, the size of the allen wrench or hex key (whatever you want to call it, LOL) is standard, and I had a much better quality wrench that I used instead. And I have six or seven philips screwdrivers, so I used one of them instead. After the wait for replacement parts and the oversized effort it took to put the chair together (and keep in mind, most of my furniture I put together myself, so it's not like assembling furniture is a new concept for me), the chair looked fantastic. Seriously, this is a beautiful chair, and that's probably why I bought it in the first place instead of doing a little research first. This chair is designed for gaming. It is not designed for home office use. I keep mentioning that because I want to make it clear, if you are a gamer, you would most likely love this chair once you assembled it. I also feel like this chair is not designed for taller people. It states that it sits people up to 6'5", but as a 6'2", 217-pound man, I did not feel like this was a comfortable chair. One of the major problems with it is that the seat simply doesn't raise up very high.I also didn't care for the back at all. With the cushion, it made my back hurt. Without the cushion, it was set too far back. The company offers a 30-day money back guarantee, which would be fine except I threw away the box (which was damaged anyway) and there's no way I'm going to spend another couple of hours disassembling the chair. It's not like I can call one of my friends with a truck and take it to a store a few miles away. So the guarantee is useless to pretty much anyone.I'm going to put it up on Craigslist and go back to buying my boring big and tall office chairs from Walmart. I should have done my research first and not purchased something that is not intended to be an office chair. My bad.
