Expensive, but once you’ve used it, you’ll never want to go back
Let’s be real — it’s Apple, so yes, it’s overpriced for what it is. But once you start using this keyboard, especially the Touch ID feature, you’ll wonder how you ever managed without it.The build quality is typical Apple — clean, slim, and solid. Keys feel smooth, not mushy, with just the right level of travel. Perfect for long typing sessions, and quiet enough not to annoy everyone around you. Touch ID works flawlessly — unlocks your Mac, authorises passwords, and handles Apple Pay instantly. Once you’ve used it, going back to typing your password feels like a chore.Battery life? Excellent. I’ve been using it for weeks without needing a charge. And because it’s seamless with macOS, there’s zero setup — just turn it on, and it connects. The only downside is the price — but you’re paying for quality and integration. And to be honest, I’ve bought cheaper keyboards in the past and ended up replacing them. This one just works — and it feels premium every time I use it.If you’ve got an M1/M2/M3/M4 Mac and want a keyboard that just disappears into your workflow, this is the one.

Sleek and reliable, not my every day keyboard
I really like the Apple Magic Keyboard- it’s sleek, lightweight, and beautiful to look at. I keep it in my travel computer bag as a spare because it’s compact and fits nicely. That said, I find I tend to mistype on Apple keyboards – maybe my fingers are just too fat - so it’s not my main keyboard at home.Responsiveness is great though, and it connects instantly to all my Apple devices. It’s a brilliant bit of kit, just not quite the right fit for me for daily use.

Apple perfection.
Apple perfection. Expensive, yes. But nothing else comes close. Total joy to work with. That it only supports one device at a time is a downer - would like the multi device option of many other products. But prepared to accept for its gorgeous typing feel and Apple quality. Changing devices is not difficult - connect cable to compatible Apple device and it connects. You get what you pay for. This is a prime example.

a good but expensive keyboard which could have been designed better
This is a very nice keyboard and easy to set up and as always apple products are not cheap. 2 things on the cons side the keys are less pronounced than previous ones I have had and the fact that this model has been made to sit flat is not a good thing - I have attached a foam strip underneath the top side to give it some slope and this then is much better for typing

Good Product
What's to say, replacing my 4 year old keyboard which ceased to work Apple does not repair them. I have another apple keyboard 16 years old working fine. Good product.
