The light was very easy to install and it works perfectly.
The media could not be loaded. It was worth the money. My picture looks great 😊 and this item was very easy to install.

Replacemennt Philips Lamp will not work properly without a ballast.
My husband & I have since found out that to make this replacement lamp to work, it needs a ballast to turn it on.The TV will not turn on anymore. Before it quit, we would have to wait & also turn the TV on & off for over an hour.Eventually the picture would not come on at all., only sound. If you know where a ballast for this TV can be purchasedplease advise. Vee.

Unable to get the lamp screw to insert into the TV
I have chosen the rating because when it was received there was a nick in the top of the housing. Every thing else (bulb) looks ok but I have been unsuccessfully at inserting the screws. I have had several family members try to get the screws in with no luck. I turned the TV on thinking that just maybe it may work without the screws inserted but the TV just gives me the red light indicating that the lamp is not working. Any suggestion?Paid for something that did not work. Correct product for my TV. The lamp did not work

Hope my TV isnt dead now.
First they sent the wrong bulb. But sent the correct replacement basically overnight so I was more than happy to give them a chance. The very first time I fired up the TV, looked fantastic.....until it started emitting an intense burning smell every time it was on.This only got worse the next day.I took apart the back of the TV and tried to pull it out. Wouldnt budge. Almost completely warped the lamp housing. I had to make sure it didnt burn any other components out, its insured so I pried it outThe plug had fused to the port and started melting. If I didnt pry it out when I did it could have ruined my entire TV. It might have anyway.

Hope it lasts
Installed yesterday in 30 seconds. So far so good. Great picture and brightness. Hopefully it lasts longer than the $30.00 bulb I purchased through wal mart. Glad to see ther prove come down on these too. They were very expensive about 2 years ago.

Better Than New
I tried a cheaper knock-off and it didn't work (looked horrible). This OEM bulb is bright and restored the TV back to new condition.
