Whoa. I'm a 25 y/o female. My job involves a lot of lifting people and equipment, and I lift weights at the gym a few times a week. I developed a hemorrhoid recently that was incredibly painful and bled a lot. I was freaked out and upset because I eat a pretty healthy diet with lots of plant fiber... But I guess it's not good enough! I ordered this out of desperation because I could barely sit down and I cried a few times on the toilet. I've had it for 3 days and have used as directed along with Metamucil capsules and, whoa! I am feeling so much better today! Took my first bathroom trip blood free in a week. Also, it smells amazing and will mask the bad scent of a bleeding hemorrhoid with good wiping, too, of course. It also has a nice cool/tingly feeling that's very soothing. So, if you're suffering definitely give this a try.

Okay, first of all, I'm really sorry you're having to read this, if you're contemplating using this product...BUT... (pun intended) relief was almost instantaneous when I first used this product. I keep two bottles of it... one for "in use" and the other one for "back-up".Dr. Angela's Hemorrhoid Treatment Spray is a product I do not EVER want to run out of ... I hope I'll be able to find it on Amazon for the rest of my life!WINNER! Relief is such a blessing!

... the issue I encountered is that it comes in a finger pump spray bottle. As I'm not a 14 year old Romanian gymnast, I found it near impossible to get the product onto the "sensitive" area where it needs to go. To get the spray where it need to go, the bottle would end up at a severe angle, so the fluid was not going up the thin plastic tube inside the bottle. What was one to do? So I ordered the "Dynamic 1-touch multi-purpose motorized spray bottle" on Amazon. It's a battery powered spray bottle. I poured the fluid into the bottle, pulled the trigger and, "Yahoo!" Problem solved. One pull of the power spray bottle and the product it applied were it need to get to. Personally, I've found that using this treatment in combination with "HemoTreat" cream, has finally brought the "problem" under control and life is a whole lot better.

Sprayer is a little annoying cause ita hard to squirt in my area without holding the pump awkwardly but i put it on a cotton bal and well.. U know... Place it there. Otherwise rbis is the most amazing spray i have ever used. It feels so good on a irritated hemorrhoid. Buy it.

I followed the instructions and tried to give this product a few weeks to work, using it regularly. But it made absolutely no difference to the hemorrhoids or the pain levels. I thought I noticed improvement the first time, but it did not last but a few minutes. After that, there was no effect. A word of caution to those with sensitive skin, this might cause irritation too. Not major irritation, and the bottle does warn you that it could happen. But just be aware that it might irritate already sensitive skin. It does smell really good though.

It works SO WELL, I wish I had stumbled on this so many years ago. Every day my bottom thanks me. Five stars of relief! GAWDDAMN!

I have an external anal fissure, and got this because of the positive reviews. I had tried all the O.T.C. hemorrhoid treatments to no avail, so thought I'd give this a try. I used it for about a week with no improvement. So after a month of trying things at home I went into our family doctor to get checked out. That's how I found out I had an anal fissure. She prescribed me a prescription for 5% lidocaine ointment. After only a couple times of putting it on I can already feel the difference. Moral of the story, GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR!

Product is ok, doesn’t give the cooling relief I was hoping for and didn’t work as quick as other products I tried. Reason for only 3 stars is the bottle. It leaks out of the top when shaking it and it also will only spray in the upright position which makes it difficult to use where it’s needed.
