Cleaned my CPAP machine and tubes by hand for years, this really helps, cleans and reaches all the inside of the tubes, the full length of them.

Work but be careful can get stuck in tube and be careful of metal wire as it sticks out a bit has been blunted so don't force it to hard though tube

CPAP tube cleaning brush
After buying ones that don't fit my resmed heated tube this is perfect, the smaller brush is a neat fit and is flexible but strong it's surprising what come out when you think your tube is clean.
