Great glue gun - it heats up in a reasonable amount of time (ready to use in about 2 minutes), can be used upright or laid on its side as it heats up. The trigger disburses the standard amount of hot glue and the tip is appropriately hot. I do like the case and the storage for glue sticks. It would have been awesome if a silicone mat or something like it was included to collect glue drips, etc. But, that's absolutely NOT necessary. This is a great, every day, easy to use glue gun.

I saw good reviews for this, and I liked the idea of a case to keep it all together. The first time I opened the case, the zipper broke. Tried the glue gun, and it never got hot enough to melt the glue. Just barely warm enough to barely drizzle out. Unfortunately, I have had it too long to return it. I had not needed it until now. Shame on me for not trying it out when it arrived. I was excited to get this, but very disappointed now. UPDATE : Seller reached out to me, and very kindly replaced the faulty glue gun with a new one. I have had no problem with the new one. Works well, and I greatly appreciate this seller for replacing the unit, and for being so kind. That is rare to find these days.

It’s cute set for use it for almost everything craft wise or uncraft wise.But my hot glue gun came without the orange protective tip on it. Which is sad because that’s part of the reason why I bought it. The casing is is big enough to hold my two other mini glue guns in it and additional hot glue sticks, which is real good because I do a lot of crafting. But I really did want that protective tip because I don’t like burning my fingers. And I never reached out to the manufacture to correct it but if they read this they should know that there was no orange protective tip on the hot glue gun. Just keep that in mind if you go to order one for yourself that you may not get the orange protective tip.

I liked it because it has a lot of glue sticks and is liked the color of the glue gun even though it is not that small but small its very efficient with crafts and what u pay for it is what u pay for a big one with only 12 sticks i wanted a lot of glue i liked it.

Love this glue gun. Easy to use, perfect for small to medium projects. Pulls the glue stick in nice.

My GLUE STICKS WERE MELTED WHEN I GOT THEM I CALLED AND WOULDN'T REPLACE

Mostly used for crafts. Easy to clean. Would purchase again.
