This is a notch better than the 1 gallon glass brewers that are out there. In theory glass is more neutral in not absorbing flavor compared to plastic. I could not taste any difference between brewing the same teas with the same brew strength the Roshita v the Glass cousin. On top of that there is no comparison between keeping the Roshita coffee / tea brewer clean over its glass cousins. Why do you ask? I'm glad you did. It has to do with the fact that the glass cousins are not meant to be cleaned with hot water (or brewer in hot water). This will shock the glass and cause it to break. So you have to clean the glass guy in cold water. You can clean the Roshita with as hot as water as you can stand (up to 117 degrees). Not to mention that if you look at the glass cousins wrong they will break. With only the lightest contact with a jar in my fridge mine broke. This will never happen with the Roshita. Plus I can brew 3 different teas or diffused waters (not a coffee drinker) in the fridge at once and take up less space in doing it for the same price I paid for the glass unit.* The only caveat which is completely correctable is the slightly tight fit of the filter as noted by reviews on similar products on Amazon. To correct this all you need to do is take a semi rough sandpaper rolled up into a tube and sand along the edge of the circular opening for about 5 minutes or so till the filter just clears the hole with only the lightest resistance. Take some finer sandpaper or a knife rod to smooth out the roughed up hole. Follow this up by thoroughly washing out the plastic dust and the modification is completed. After you have completed all three you will not find a better value.One other note the dispenser valves are excellent and although the metal counterparts appear to be better they are no match to the ease of the plastic valve (Just make certain that you locate the washers in the correct order when assembling and you will have zero leaks.)Add to the fact that when filled with a gallon of fluid the entire assembly is about 3 pounds lighter than its glass cousin. This translates out to a full container of 8.5 pounds v 11.5 pounds. I'll opt for the 8.5 pounder and get my workout in the gym in place of the fridge, thank you very much! Highly recommended!

The lids won’t stay on. The seals aren’t tight. You will spill. There are better products out there and I wish I had bought one of those instead of being duped by getting 3 instead of just 1. Only reason I gave it an extra star is because it will make some tea. Which I guess is part of its purpose.

I use this in my fridge to have cold brewed tea constantly. I just fill them with water and add a few tea bags. I love how easy they are to fill and clean. They were easy to put together. I have had no issues with leaking. These are large enough to hold a decent amount but not so huge that they take up too much room in the fridge. Overall I really like these containers.

I received these yesterday in the mail, and I was very happy to receive them but I was very sad because one of the containers was missing the lid that goes over the infuser compartment the small green circle lid. Otherwise I would give these five stars. I like that these are not all connected together and then you can use them one at a time they have a spigot that you can wash separately you can take them completely apart to make sure every component is clean, and they will work very well, especially in our house where people like sweet tea people like cold brew, coffee and people like infused water, or some people like unsweetened iced tea so that way everybody gets a little of what they want without any argument. I would’ve given it five stars if it wasn’t missing one piece of the product. I would totally recommend these because they are durable the lid on the top, the that holds the infuser, and everything together snaps on very nicely and snaps off easily as well , I love that I have the option to put fruit in one of the infuser‘s or I could use the tea strainer for ice tea. I would totally recommend these just please make sure they have all the parts other than that these are great and fit in the fridge perfectly .
