Bought this to replace using cold washcloths on my face when I was sick. This is velcro so it stays on your face and feels great. The eye/nose holes make it easy to sit up and watch tv or lay down. It is kind of a 'bigger' mask so I think someone with a smaller face or child would have problems with the holes lining up. it comes past my chin but I can line up the eyes/nose holes enough to be useful. Worth the price.

love the product . only problem is the keep bag for freezer is not a good fit and the zipper was to close to the tear off . so the bag is not good . the product itself is very good

So, this product was an excellent choice for having an ice pack for your face, especially if you have a swollen face from, let's say, a chemical peel or something. This ice-cold face mask would be perfect for you during those lovely, needed spa days. But... This mask is not meant for every facial type.For example, I'm African American, and while the facial pack fits around my face perfectly, the mouth section is raised too high for my lips to fit through. Well, my lips can occupy the mouth section of the product, but at the expense of the nose and eye sections not fitting correctly, either. So, while wearing the face mask, my upper lip pokes out in the mouth portion with a squished look, while my bottom lip is pressed harshly underneath the mouth opening. Very uncomfortable, even when I loosen up the Velcro bands from behind my head. It does really do its job for about 20 minutes; however, keeping the ice pack cool to your face, though. And very soft and cushiony on the outer area of the product, so lying down with the product doesn't accidentally freeze to anything else that's not your face, like your cover or blanket.On the other hand, the smell is overwhelming when you first wear the product. It's not super bad, but you can tell some product-type smell emits from the ice pack. But with a few hand washes and uses from the ice pack, the scent is thankfully dissipated.So, a great product in the end, but I wished there was some way to make every face type fit the mask perfectly, not just for certain ethnicities. I recommend it, but still, a little tweak would be suitable for this product.

Easy to use, does its job, stays cold. There's not much to say... it does what it's suppose to and speaks for itself. Helps when my face feels inflamed and wakes my mind up from the coldness it let's off. It's nice.

When I wanted to first use this, I wasn't expecting it to be completely frozen. I figured there would be some kind of gel that wouldn't harden in the freezer. It was completely solid so I couldn't shape it to my face until it thawed out enough, but then it's lost cooling time for my fact by then. That sort of defeats the purpose of it if I can't use it right out of the freezer. Hopefully a future design will make an improvement. I still kept it because it's a great concept and not worth returning, but it's also not worth giving a high rating. :(

I just got this yesterday with prime. I have only tried the cold method so far and it is phenomenal! I didn’t put it in the freezer, because I don’t want it that cold. I just put it in the fridge and it was perfect. I really love that we get to choose between the cold beads or the extremely soft fabric. My preference for the cold method is definitely the fabric. I work staring at multiple monitors all day and I can’t wait to put this on after work to help with my eye fatigue. Five stars! I highly recommend!

Definitely gets the job done. Very soft and comfortable.

Soft velvet on the inside keeps it from being too cold on your face however if you don’t free it completely flat it can be hard to wear which is my reason for deducting a star

Beans not spread well but worse is the plastic smells after being heated. Do only fair

I do feel like this was a bit of a silly purchase on my part. I bought it as part of a pre wedding freak out after reading reviews that it would help face masks absorb better. I don't know if that's true or not, but it is very cold when you leave it in the fridge or freezer and feels nice when it's hot outside

The product once frozen and even before cannot ms the face properly and is really unusable...Do not buy

Pas assez froid pour enlever l’enflure ou l’œdème après opération. Les trous pour les yeux sont trop grands, les paupières supérieures et inférieures sont à découvert. Objet qu’on essaie 2-3 fois et qu’on oublie au congélateur par la suite à cause de la piètre qualité!
