The primary benefit for ma has been weight loss/ maintenance. I lost 7 lbs immediately and have continued to lose gradually in spite of less than usual care with my diet due to company, birthday overdoses and other celebrations.Not a noticeable difference in energy. Cognitive ability MAY be better. I am 81 so perhaps it’s too much to expect!🤪

Good grief, people. So many complaints about lumps: all you have to do is put the powder in a dry cup, add a couple drops of water and stir it until smooth, like a thin paste, then add the remaining water and ice. Voila! No lumps, and you don't have to wait, you can drink it immediately. Some of you reviewers must have never made gravy.... Same concept.... My first day using it, so can't comment on the effectiveness yet.

This product is NOT what I expected. It is a process to get a scoop of the powder into a bottle of water. I had to take a demitasse spoon and little by little put a small amount from the provided scoop onto the demitasse spoon and add it to the water. The powder just sits on top. I had to stop, replace the water cap, and shake the bottle vigorously for the power to mix with the water. BUT it didn’t fully dissolve. There were clumps throughout the water. I repeated this process until I had added the entire scoop into my water. I shook and shook the water yet clumps still remained. Finally I took a taste and it was awful!! Over the next several days I tried different methods of adding the MCT Wellness into my water. I finally tried adding it to a bottle of room temperature Lipton Diet Green Tea Mixed Berry. The clumps still wouldn’t dissolve so I put the bottle in the refrigerator. Later that day I removed the bottle from the refrigerator and noticed the clumps had dissolved. It didn’t taste bad mixed with the Mixed Berry Green Tea but it was so much work to get it to this point. I’ve decided to keep the product and continue to mix it with a bottle of room temperature Green Tea in the morning, refrigerate it, and drink it later in the day. So unless you lots of time to devote to this product I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Might be OK for some. I’ve only used it twice. It doesn’t work for me. I feel jittery when I’m using it so personally, I do not recommend it but that’s only my feelings.

Heard about this product on facebook but decided to try this out through an Amazon purchase first. It has really helped several health issues I was having. Seems a bit pricey to me but can you put a price on your health??

This is a very tasty and beneficial product. I have been using it for 2 months now and my health us getting better. I do not have brain fog anymore. It has help me keep a good grip on eating healthy. I will keep using it.

After three months I really can't tell that it's doing anything. If you watch Gundry's other, excruciatingly long video it promises all kinds of weight loss due to higher ketone production, as well as the mental clarity and better digestion--I haven't experienced any of that. I was told that to really give it a chance you had to take it for 90 days, so I have...but I'm still waiting for those benefits. The taste isn't bad, just not one you'd ever fall in love with. The hype sounds good, but it just doesn't follow through. (wish it did!)
