Didn’t work for me, did get a refund and got to keep the product which is nice.

Not good. Not working not heat
I got this and it does not work. It does not provide heat like described. It also doesn't do anything. The seller offers to let me return it, but I would have to pay just as much as the item to return it to China after waiting 5 weeks to receive it.Why would I want to pay to return a broken item. Worse item Don't buy from China. They make you pay to return

Not happy
In looking at add it looks like it is a miracle worker. I have been putting it on dark spot on face with no results. How long do you need to leave it on one spot?? I can’t imagine this fading tattoos if it can’t fade a dark spot. Please advise how I can make this work!

pretty amazing
I bought this for my teenage son who is suffering with terrible acne. I read an (unrelated) article about doctors using blue light with hydrogen peroxide to kill germ resistant bacteria and thought it might be worth a shot for acne bacteria. So far it has really exceed expectations. My son washes his face with soap and water, then puts hydrogen peroxide on his face with a cotton ball, and then shines the blue light on his pimples while his face is still wet. He still has spots, but a LOT fewer when he uses this morning and night. I'm not sure why some people (reviewers) are talking about heat - this is all about light. For less than $20, I figured it was worth a try. So far it's been pretty amazing.

does not reduce pores
I used this for several weeks and saw zero change in my pore size. I just ran the battery down. I do not have a problem with zits/pimples so I cannot tell you if it works for those problem areas. Not worth the money. I feel like it is a scam product.
