My phone fits in this even though it's in a case. And it stays in place.

This device broke after a month and I didn’t like the spring system because I have a IPhone 8 Plus and it was hard to get my phone inside.

Probably the best mount I've used so far... but not perfect
This phone holder works as designed. There are no flaws in the manufacturing of the mount, but every cell phone mount I've ever used has the same flaw...... your forced to take your eyes off the road to have any interaction with your phone. If you have to unlock your phone for any reason or interact with a map app.... it's a scary process. If this one extended few more inches it would be close to perfect. The windshield mount style need to extend far enough so the phone is close to the steering wheel. The vent mounts style blocks the airflow..... and on hot days, that means no A/C airflow from that vent, and its not mounted in line of sight. Still looking for the perfect mount.

Poor quality
Useless. Won't stick to the dashboard or even to a flat plastic surface. Stays mounted for 15 seconds before falling off. Save your money.
