Device configuration didn't matches what advertised on Amazon. Device is slow and sluggish . It has 1.4Ghz processor and only 1.31GB ram. it comes with poor quality sluggish remote. It shouldn't be sold more than $30. I will not recommend this to any amazon customer.Update: 11-06-2017:I have spend my weekend i.e more than 20 hours with this box. Here are three major problem I see consistently.1. Device hang like any other cheap tv box. ( High specs may attract you but don't get fooled). When it hand remote even become unresponsive. You have to unplug power cable and plug back in to restart the box.2. Navigating between app has lots of lag and its not smooth. To overcome it I have uninstall couple of pre-install app to make clean experience. But I still struggle with the box.3. Though box claim 3gb ram but you can see it struggle with live stream. I have tested it with Sling and I get pixalated image.For the price of $100 you expect good remote with strong ir signal . But remote will be first disappointment you will experience.I'm planning to return it and may dispense little more and go for nvida box for quality software and hardware experience. One this I learn with this box that hardware specs don't matter it software is not well written. This box need overhaul software update to smooth and fast user interface with no hang video stream experience.

Great box. Expecially if you dont want to pay 200 for an Nvideo shield.The specs on this box are true to description.64 bit cpu 3gb ddr4 ram 32 rom 4.1 BT 4k compatibleDoes help a lot if you use the seperate mini keyboard style controller for $15Mobdro redbox tv runs perfectlyPreloaded with Kodi 17.3 and 7.1 OSNot much bloatware on this.Also uses a better built in player, also has the regular MX player.Its a little more than the $35-50 boxes but deffinatly worth it.At current purchase time Oct 2017 there is NO android/ Kodi box with better specs than this one.May be able to find $10 cheaper on a competitor site but do you really want to wait 3 weeks and not be 100% sure you are getting what the competitors description is?May be the first reveiw but its all you need to read.

This is second H96 box that failed on me, first one has just stopped in the middle of movie with the message no HDMI input, second failed with strange pop/crack noise coming from my left where AC adapter was situated. The guy in England posted his experience with this box on youtube, and he claims that it's AC adapter that is responsible, he managed to repair his adapter and his box worked, mine just died and and any other cable or adapter could made the trick. I returned one to China after wrangling with after sale support, the other was easy with Amazon. Don't make me wrong the boxes worked as a charm until they didn't. So its a lottery. Probably weak quality control, or some minor engineering errors. I will play again because I love this gadgets.

It lasted 2 weeks then died completely, no video output at all. Emailed tech support, went thru factory default procedure with no success. They asked me to send it directly to them and they would replace it. I decided that it would be better to get my money back from Amazon and go to a different box. All of theses chinese box listings keep changing to manipulate the reviews, don't believe the reviews except with boxes that have hundreds of reviews.

First one locked up on me. Replacement one works except for some hi-load web programs like Formed.org. Company extremely helpful and great to work with.

Works better than my old TV BOX. so far its outstanding. Although i'm a bit disappointed as it has only 2 usb ports, my old one had 4 usb ports. I'm using one for a bluetooth keyboard, so that leaves 1 for anything else I attach through a usb port.

I've tried many different types of Android devices , this one works the best. Starts quickly easily to operate.
