It's perfect for renters who aren't allowed to make any changes, drill holes, etc, to the property. You put the Blink camera in the holder, put the bracket over the edge of the door, and tighten the screw to seat the holder tightly against the door. It's got a small rubber cover over the end of the bolt so it doesn't damage the door surface, which is very helpful because some rental companies will charge you for any miniscule damage like a quarter of an inch paint chip. This won't cause damage to the door or the frame.The holder is perfect for rental places, and it's great when you don't have a viewer installed in the door and need a camera to see who is at the door.

I was able to mount my blink doorbell in like 10 minutes with this mount. Only concern is that there is a visible screw at the bottom where if anyone knew exactly what screw head to use, they could open up the case. It’s out of site but if someone really wanted your doorbell, they could find a way to take it.

This works perfectly. I have a metal front door and did not want to do any drilling to mount the camera. Simple and straightforward instructions are a plus. I highly recommend.

It was easy to install and sync with my iphone. The settings were easy to understand and get set up. However, there are two features that need to be looked at. 1. The doorbell rings outside and on my iphone. But the ring on my iphone is very low regardless how loud I set the volume When the volume is high, my neighbors complain about it. (I live in an apt. building). I could not find an indoor chime to pair with it so I can hear the doorbell inside.2. It shows motion when no one is there. Uses too much of my battery strength to save these as well.

What a device. Wanted to get a ring, but could not afford it so I ended up getting a Blink. Feels just like a ring camera and I live in an apartment complex so this gives me ease of mind to check what is going on and the feature that I love best is the storage of clips whenever motion is detected near our door. The downside is that it is behind a monthly subscription which I am not a fan of.

Works great and is just as described, but the parts that tighten against your door will take off paint off door and might indent it too.

So this makes me feel safe and someone else liked it also.

This door camera was a great investment. I am able to see who is at my door even when I am not home. Plus I am able to hear and talk to them. Makes me feel safe. So happy I made the purchase when I did. Comes highly recommended.
