I have been using it, just going into my 3rd week, I am so happy I've already ordered another jar and still have some left. It does get hot but not for a long time (which does not mean, it's not working). It might make you itch a little, just a rub is enough, smells like a methol but the smell does not linger and not greasy at all, absorbs well into the body. I have not worked out and sort of watching what I eat and drink. I know for a fact if I was working out and dieting it would work even better. I have been using it for my fupa, LADIES IT WORKS!! I have noticed the fupa shrinking and I could not be happier!!!! I use about the amount of a large grape, rub/massage it onto my fupa and abdominal area in circular motions counter clock wise going downwards. Helps sweet which I love and need when wearing a faja to work out but I won’t lie it burns stings but enough to handle unless I think ur sensitive skin but it feels like vapor(vape rub) smells like it too but it really do sting at first but it sure gets u sweaty

The item is very uncomfortable. The itching is uncontrollable!!!! I’m sorry I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone . It’s hard to bare …. I don’t know if it’s effective because it’s hot and itchy . I can’t even go about my day with out scratching it’s terrible smh

Definitely worth the purchase makes you feel the burn 2nd bottle in and it’s my go to you do feel a burn when you apply it but as soon as you start your workout goes away and have lost 2 inches off my waist.
