Cold Brew Iced Coffee Maker, 1 Quart Glass Pitcher, Built-in Swap Coffee Filter and Ice Infuser, Serving Carafe, Black (1 Quart, Black)

After one use, I was cleaning it for the first time and the seal that connects the filter and ice cylinder attachment in the lid, snapped, I still use it but it kind of defeats the purpose when the lid is suppose to hold the filters. Now I was to fish for the filter to take it out before I pour.

Easy to use. Great iced coffee ☕, at home anytime! Just the right size to store in your fridge! Ice insert that lets you enjoy the whole carafe with a friend or two without having to put it back in the fridge!

This is a good cold brew system. The only drawback for me is the size of the coffee infuser. I wish that it were a bit larger so I could make a stronger brew. Even so, most customers will enjoy the ease of use and quality of the product.

Makes nice coffee but there is no recipe book as mentioned. Would like better instructions on use.

The carafe is very nice to serve juice or milk, however, the lid is not sealed so beverages will not stay fresh and filter does not snap into lid as shown. Very disappointed.

I love the idea of this but the top piece that attaches to to lid breaks very easily. (I purchased 2 and it happened with both)

Disappointing that my infuser does not attach to the lid, but it's pretty. Wish I would have choose an airtight model that was not defective. Unhappy, for the most part.

Need more brewing information

Ordered our 1st Cold Brew maker and realized the filter attachment that is suppose to stay attached to the inside of the lid does not as advertised, I reached out to the company and they were shocked about this (more on this) and were quick to offer me a free replacement at no cost to me and I could keep the first container.I thought ok, things happen and took them up on their offer, well free replacement does not really mean free, it means you still pay the $7.00 shipping but ok if I get one that works correctly I guess worth it. Well the 2nd one arrived and the same thing happens, the filter attachment that is suppose to stay attached the the inside of the lid does not stay on and so you have to fish it out of the coffee...Not a huge deal and I get that, the issue is the company seemed to not be aware of this issue when there are more reviews on Amazon as well as other social media sites stating the same issue as well as tears in the filter (which I did not experience) So if there is a design flaw in their product why does this company just come out and say so and change their packaging info so they do not misrepresent the product they are selling...Would I have bought this item knowing this issue...Probably not, Will I use the item...Probably...Does the product actually work...YES...the only issue I have is the dishonesty of this company so this is the only reason I will not recommend this product, well I guess also that the product does not actually function as described on the package.The good thing is that this item was inexpensive so no big loss just the principle of it all.

For the price this works great as a simple system to cold brew coffee. My only wish is that it came with 2 of the plastic pieces required to fasten the 2 accessories to the bottom of the lid. It is required to seal the one that you would freeze with water so you cannot freeze water in the ice cube mold while also using it to hang the mesh basket. We ended up just dropping the basket into the bottom of the pitcher because it is able to be sealed on its own and then using the hanger for the ice mold one. Otherwise no issues and love how I can store in my fridge with easy pour.

I really liked the BOZ Cold Brew Coffee Maker. It makes cold brew coffee which I find to be delicious. What I find strange are the repeated emails I get from MAU Brands (the makers of this product) in my primary inbox, which I find a little overbearing considering this is something I bought on my phone for $14 on a lark. I guess this is all to motivate me to write an amazon review to bolster their product. Mission Success, MAU brands! This is my first Amazon review. I probably won't be writing any further reviews (unless, of course, MAU Brands refuses to relent).Imagine if all the purchases you made greater than $14 warranted repeated emails in your primary inbox. Why that would be VERY annoying!So enjoy your BOZ Cold Brew Iced Coffee Maker... Or perhaps you can just mix water and coffee grounds in a mason jar then pour it through a reusable strainer. Come to think of it, that's just as easy.

Product didn’t brew as quickly stated in instructions. After 12-24 hours, you have to mix up the brewed water a few times to get a good brew this takes 2-3 days to get a good brew. Otherwise great product!

Love this product. I mix the cold brew in with my morning protien shake. When I run out I just wash it and put more grinds in, some cold water and stick it in the fridge for the next day.
