The media could not be loaded.  Comes In a nice box so good as a present. Instruction manual is short but clear.The power feels good but with some brushes would want a bit more power but overall really nice gift and a nice product for a pamper day.For the price, an absolute bargain. For the price everything is as expected.

I would like a refund to my product as I am highly disappointed.. after one spin the machine stop working upon battery changes and still the machine stops working.

You get what you buy. It is super soft. You might as well use you fingers. Have used the scrubbers as of yet, because I frankly don't use it. Waste of money, but not much of a lose, better to know than to not
