This product took me about an hour? To put together by myself. I’m 5’1, 100lbs, recently broke my back and yet I was able to manage this by myself which speaks volumes about this itemIt came securely packaged, included all pieces and hardwareThe directions take some effort since they’re 98% images and letters with very little written instruction but it is easy to follow and installIm not a huge fan of the plastic clips that wrap around the poles that hold the shelves up, they’re not very sturdy and if you don’t set the clips right the shelves will not set and the pieces will fly off in another direction which makes me weary of putting weight on said shelvesAnd the hanging racks sit by hooks onto the frame, it allows them to wobble and potentially be lifted out of their position causing all items hung to fall and potentially harm the user but! Overall this is a nicely manufactured product and I would purchase it again

Very sturdy and functional. Instructions to assemble are clear and easy with illustrations. I can store a lot of clothings from top to bottom. Price is great! I recommend it.

The media could not be loaded.  After doing more research than I’d like to admit, and nearly doing the target book shelf closet DIY system, my dad actually recommended this to me. We had to remove the current shelf and hanging rod from my current closet, and building it was a challenge just because I suck at putting things together, but I actually did the whole thing myself by the instructions and watching a video. The quality is fine- I read some reviews that said it felt super cheap. I actually disagree- the drawers work nice and smooth and it is definitely sturdy enough to hold up all of our clothes. I love how with the height of this thing, I am using just about 100% of the negative space in the closet (my husbands shoes go all the way to the ceiling) lol.Overall, I’m super happy with this and most likely going to order another one for our other closet.I also like that it is adjustable- meaning if you start putting your clothes in and realize you want the hanging rods spaced further apart, you can just adjust them accordingly without having to take the whole thing apart again. Definitely would recommend for small closets for totally maximizing storage!!

I bought this to makeover and organize my closet.Im very pleased with the results.It was easy to assemble and very sturdy.I would recommend to friends and family.

Genius packaging. Genius product. The assembly was so intuitive and straightforward. Most importantly, the way all the different parts were intelligently labeled was ABSOLUTELY REFRESHING when it came to assembly. THANK YOU FOR PACKAGING YOUR PRODUCT IN SUCH A USER-FRIENDLY WAY.I assembled my garment rack in a way that wasn’t included in the instructions. It’s truly versatile and met my needs. I separated it into two sections, with double rods and a basket on both. Rod on top, basket in middle, rod below basket. I would get more use out of the basket if I just hung all my longer clothes on the bottom, but I’m stubborn.I was sus on the baskets at first - I’m really picky when it comes to self-assembled moving/sliding parts - but the basket assembly was EASIER AND MORE SATISFYING THAN I EVER EXPECTED. And the basket slides in/out soooo good and it never falls out or gets stuck. I love these baskets.Best thing about this garment rack - it’s gonna be incredibly stress-free to disassemble it and reassemble it when I move. The initial assembly taught me everything I’ll ever need to know.I love this product and it has been completely worth the money. It saved my bedroom floor from closet duties, and continues to impress.

Simple instructions. Took me about 45 mins because I'm a perfectionist and I like to set all parts & pieces in place to make it easier. Theres 2 build options btw. Probably top 3 best Amazon purchases I've ever made. Usually I buy things and later regret it or never use them but THIS RIGHT HERE, is my favorite item in the world. I had this in my hearted "List" for a long time because a hundred bucks seemed crazy but honestly so worth it. You won't regret it.

Bought it and it came fast and is a good product but it was missing the drawer bottoms so they are now useless and there is no way to contact seller without agreeing to pack it all up again and send it back. I just want all the parts I paid for.
