seems to help keep my nasal passages from drying out from my use of nasal steroids for a nasal polyp that blocks my breathing especially at night.Update 6/12/2017: I am updating because I must say this product has been a life saver. Not only does it help with the drying out but also I haven't had a sinus headache every morning, which is the worse part of sinusitis. I must say that it does burn just a little when first used, I think that is because my nose was raw. I use it just before I go to sleep, 1/2 squirts in each nostril. I highly recommend this.

I followed the instructions exactly as written on box, and it did NOTHING for me. In fact, it burned and irritated my sinuses. I tried it on three separate occasions at different times of day, it gave me no relief from any congestion and discomfort. In fact, less than 48 hours after last use, I developed an upper respiratory infection. I gave it one more chance to do some good. Now this product isn't the cause but it didn't help anything either.

Like this nose spray to help keep my nose from drying out & aware it helps when flying too! Helps Prevents you from picking up other airborne germs to hav your nasal passages kept moisturized. Definitely recommend it!!!

I have allergies bad and this product made no difference for me

After less than a week, it dried out sinuses to the point of bleeding. Threw it away.

Hurts in the nose, and doesn't do the job!
