Q: Are the panpastels compatable with prismacolor premier color pencils?

I have used the pan pastel with my other pencils.

Q: Does each pan in this set come with it's own lid?

Yes they do. They can also be taken out of the trey and screwed together so that they're in a stack. Pan pastels are expensive but they're a really cool art supply. Some of the colors do seem a little odd to me. But they're great fun. Oh.. and the application sponges for these are not the same as make up sponges. They're denser.

Q: Does this product come with sponges?

I think they do but I ordered the different types of sponges. I LOVE my pan pastels. I have 3 sets and they are great. I hope this helps.

Q: Could you use Prismacolor premier color pencils on top of the panpastels?

I have used other color pencils with pan pastels. When I do I use the pencils first then the pastels. I hope this helps
