This product works really well. Good mood-enhancer, anti-inflammatory (definitely helps with eczema over the winter). Supposedly good for cardi-vascular system and eye health too. BUT it comes at great cost to the marine life who provide it. This is a very popular supplement on a highly populated planet and it’s taking its toll. I’ve since switched to an algae based EPA/DHA supplement, which is equally effective and has far less impact on marine life. I hope Solgar producing something similar soon in their familiar brown glass bottles!

Great vitamins, best price recommended by naturopath for joint problems
These were recommended to us by a naturopath to help joint problems caused by years of sports. They see to be doing the job. Always now buy them from Amazon as the price is so much cheaper!
