Edward London & Co. Black Pearl Double Edge Butterfly Open Safety Razor​

I am an experienced wet shaver and have used a Parker heavy weight safety razor for years. I liked the Parker, but would regularly get redness from razor scapes on my upper lip. Thought it was my technique. Use Feather blades in both razors. Better shave creams helped. This razor has enough weight to it to feel like good quality, but it’s noticeably lighter than the Parker. This reduction in weight did the trick in getting rid of my razor burn issue.This razor looks like a high quality product and has a beautiful finish. Seems sturdy and well put together. Fit and finish are better than the Parker for half the price. I plan to add the long handle version of this razor to my small collection just because I like this one so much.This is also the perfect razor for new wet shavers, or more experienced shavers. Not aggressive even when loaded with a Feather blade. Highly recommend this product.
