First off, I want to say that I bought these initially thinking they were dishwasher safe. I had searched for them specifically and didn’t look close enough that it was hand wash recommended. I did see that when we got the products in the mail though. No problem. We have hand washed them every time and while one held up perfect, the other chipped away within the first few days. I reached out to the seller and they sent me a replacement the next day as they believed mine to be faulty. We have been using it for weeks now and hand washing only. It still looks brand new. No chips at all. Even my 7 year old dropped it twice on accident and it was still intact and no chipping. I have to agree with the seller that my previous water bottle was defective because this one has held up insanely well.These water bottles definitely keep your liquids cold for hours. I will fill them up with cold water and stick them in the fridge over night so they are ready to grab and go in the morning. They sit out for 8 hours each day and both still have pretty cold liquids after that long. And this isn’t even with ice inside either! The color options are fun and offer something for everyone’s taste too. I love that you can get a smaller version for kids too.My last remark on this review is on the customer service. I reached out to the seller about the defective water bottle and got an immediate response. They continuously responded and never blew me off. They were super helpful and easy to deal with. You don’t always get that level of service anymore. As someone who works in the customer service field, I sincerely appreciate it. They have a customer for life after this experience. If you are on the fence about which water bottle to buy, I highly recommend trying this brand. If you aren’t satisfied, they definitely will make it right. That’s is the service you want backing a product!

I tried similar bottles but they were really too tall. This is the perfect size for next to the bed, reach for half asleep water bottle. Plus I filled it with cold water and it was still very cool the next morning. My one small problem is that it is cold to the touch, uncomfortable for me, might be fine for you. I keep mine in an old beer cozy.

I purchased this as a gift for my sister, who travels by car a lot for work. She’s been getting a lot of use out of it, says it keeps her water cold for hours.

My daughter chose this water bottle for school and it certainly does the job of keeping her water cold - but she's only used it a week and this poor bottle looks like it has been through some battles 😂 soooo many scratches. I give it until the end of the school year (a month) before all color has chipped off. That's not a big deal to me, but if you have a child who picks items based solely on color, I'd suggest one that can hold up to some wear and tear.

This arrived really late but so glad I didn't cancel. So worth the wait!

Nice size for my car. It does not chill water if you fill and put in fridge. I had to add ice. It does keep water cold in the car.

Great bottle

Daughter needed a water bottle ready for her return to school. She chose this one, as loved the colours. She wasn’t disappointed! Lovely looking and most importantly leak proof

Great quality, the first bottle had paint issues and a scratched lid but after a message to the seller, they promptly offered to replace it as the first was defective. The second arrived 2 days later in perfect condition.It is easy to handle with a lid that is tight enough but not impossible to open and just the right size for my needs, not to mention the great colors on the bottle so definitely worth 5 stars.

Still going strong, just like new …. Great product will buy again
