Amazing invention
Love these little things. Perfect for people with Raynaud's. Also great to pop down your bra on a bitterly cold day :)Can also put them in your kids gloves/mittens shortly before you go out to make them nice and toasty

Efficiency of hand warmers.
This product is used on a school age child and an over 60 who has parkinsons decease.I n both cases they have very cold hands so this product helps a lot.

They’re great.
My hands are ALWAYS freezing cold asI have Raynaud’s syndrome. These hand warmers are great and keep my hands warm for a good 10 hours, when we’re out walking. They’re a definite must for me, not just in the winter, but in the spring and autumn too. I buy them by the box, and they’re worth every penny. I would definitely recommend them.
