Crucial information to be aware of for all dental business owners. Every new and current practice owner should have this in their library.

David Harris is the consummate expert in his field. His insights are thought-provoking and his ideas are legitimate and can be implemented in any dental practice or DSO effectively. If you own or operate a dental practice, you owe it to yourself and your employees to read and understand the principles David teaches in his book. You will save yourself and your employees a lot of heartburn and frustration.

The writing is okay, but the book gives very few details and very few tangible suggestions on the topic. The author says that he "doesn't want to give the thieves a map." Which I suppose makes sense, but how else is someone supposed to use this to help them? Other than hiring the author. Which may be the point.

This book should be part of the curriculum for graduating dentist as well as a required annual continuing education requirement!Thank you for such valuable information!
