Not being able to stoop down to sweep into a dustpan, and the rubber edging on my current one being pretty ragged, I was looking forward to this one. The size of the box it was delivered in, about 18”x18”, told me a lot about this product before I even opened it. In the box is the dustpan, brush part of the broom and several tubes, varying in length. Each piece of metal tubing, I’m guessing a 2” circumference, screws into another to form a handle for both the broom and dustpan. Some actions of tubing can be left off to customize the lengths. With that said and all tubes in use, for me, the handles are extremely flimsy. Gripping either handle is a small, tight grip - hard for me to do. The brush of the broom was decent, but much smaller than expected. The positive is the large size of the dustpan. This item will be returned......REVISED 5/12/2020As mentioned in my review, I, personally, disliked the products because of the flimsiness. I should’ve mentioned in my original review, that As a disabled woman, I need firmness to help me stand in order to sweep, and do other chores... HOWEVER, an aunt of ours is caregiver here at my home to my 98 year old father-in-law. She came to my house the morning after I received this product and submitted my review. I told her about it broom/dustpan, showed it and offered it to her.. She is delighted with it!!!! It totally worked for her!I never had intentions of returning the product because I felt certain that I could find someone who could use it.I was so touched by the vendor’s offer for a refund. My response was “Thanks but no thanks!” 😊 because the product IS being utilized! I wished this small entrepreneurial business lots of success, and look forward to searching for other products that they sell and I may need.Their work ethic and customer service values very much impressed me!!

I love this! I'm due to have surgery and I won't be able to bend from the waist for a few weeks. When it arrived today, I put it together in a couple of minutes, and tried it out to see it it's going to help me! It's going to be a life saver!! Lightweight, sturdy, easy to use!

Really like this product. It is so nice and I would definitely recommend for parents and elderly because of how simple it is made. Simple to put together and simple to gather dirt and crumbs. You don’t have to do so much bending and squatting like you normally would just hold onto the handle. The bristles make the broom easier to clean. The plastic piece broke (toddler action) however I duct taped it and can still use just fine

Bought this for my elderly mother so she would not have to bend over to collect the dirt she swept up. First off, the broom head will not stay in place when screwed onto the handle. It turns vertically to the floor when lifted to reposition for the next pass which makes it extremely difficult to sweep. The handle is so flimsy that pressure cannot be applied to the floor when sweeping for fear it will bend or simply break in half. The dust pan, on the other hand, gets a thumbs up 👍. It works as advertised. Save yourself some frustration and buy a different broom to go with this wonderful dust pan.

I like this broom and dustbin. It ships in a relatively small package, as the handles are assembled at home. I like that I'm able to choose what length I prefer the broom handle. The broom sweeps house debris just as well as my other house brooms. The dustbin is not flush with the floor 100%. I just place my toe on the lip as I'm sweeping the debris into the bin and it works just fine. We have dogs and cats, so we have a lot of fur that needs swept; I love the teeth on the dustbin that removes all that fur from the broom bristles. It's a good purchase.

Product came. Was easy to assemble, but the rubber "ramp" part that allows you to sweep into the pan was bent and curled. I "thought" over time, it would straighten out. This has not happened. I've had this damn thing for months. I've tried to bend it back to try and straighten it to no avail. Whenever I try to sweep small particles into the pan, it does UNDER instead of in the pan, because the ramp is bent!!! It makes this thing totally useless. I did love the pet hair remover finger things, but again, most of the time I cannot use this thing because the ramp problem. I'm finally going to buy another (this time one without the rubber ramp). Lets home this one is better!

I live outside of New Orleans. We haven't had a day in weeks where the temperature has been in the high 80's, low 90's. I don't make my 2 long haired dogs stay out in that kind of heat. I have to sweep, or dust mop, or vacuum every day. Sweeping up the dog hair on just the living room wood floors would fill 4 of the small dust pan that came with the broom and half of it would fly off before I could get it to the garbage can. This thing is a life saver. I can sweep up piles all over the house and almost all of it will fit in this thing and I don't have to bend over. It's very deep. And I can get it to the garbage can without fur balls flying out. My only down side with it is that I have a small house and not much closet space so it won't fit in either of the closets with household cleaning implements. I just leave it sitting in a corner in the home "office".

Pros and cons to this. It’s very light so that’s good. However the broom handle itself doesn’t feel too solid. The dustpan is great and I like how the broom snaps into the dustpan for easy storage. I like how the broom bristles go into the dustpan teeth to clean the dog hair off. I don’t like how short and small the broom is. It feels like a toy. I’m bending over to sweep and hurting my back. I’m only 5’3 so that gives you an idea. Here’s a photo of my regular old broom compared to this one. I probably would’ve returned this if I didn’t assemble and throw the box out. I’ll probably get a new, normal sized broom and use the dustpan with that. Disappointed.
