Recently purchased a Hieha Sat Nav GPS Navigation System, 8GB 256MB Car Truck Lorry Satellite Navigator, with Post Code Search Speed Camera Alerts, latest UK and EU Maps Free Lifetime Updates (5 inch)by Hieha.....I can not find an email address to ask for the free lifetime updates link? First, i would like to say the satnav works just fine, especially in the Lorry mode for my work. Just the right amount of info on screen without mental overload and retaining good screen clarity. However i found with mine, it does not seem to use battery power when ignition is off. This is a problem when making multi drop deliveries because when i return the screen is blank and it then 'hangs' and is difficult to get working again several attenpts to turn on and off to reboot. In short, i do not recommend this product. Although it could just be an issue with mine. Hope this helps.

Working ok at the moment , one street i was in read a previous street , but mostly fairly accurate. Hieha are no longer in bussiness , hence map updates wont work , i tried for hours and went round in circles, you must update from a sister company from china that steal maps from tom tom & garmin and others. A lot of hassle...

Did not work at first, but realised needed more battery life. After charging for 24 hours was better. Still need to get use to andfamiliarizing myself on different aspects of the SatNav.

I have had one of these for the past 5 years, and just bought another, it's used mainly in my HGV and have found it to be quite a reliable device, if I deviate from the chosen route it will recalculate within a couple of seconds, a good budget unit also at the price a handy backup.

Impossible to use doesn't switch on or doesn't charge or doesn't turn on.

Easy to use great tec for the money

Recieved this sat nav today and cant select English as a language any ideas ?
