I use this maybe once/twice a week. So it goes in the dishwasher about that much. We always wash on a fairly cool eco setting. As you can see in the picture the paint doesn't do well, which is annoying as it is worst around the rim where your lips go if you aren't using a lid.It's not a deal breaker, it's a fantastic cup in terms of keeping a hot drink hot for a decent length of time, but ideally a brushed metal finish would be better and survive normal usage a bit better than paint. Saying that, I'm not sure if this was supposed to be handwash only.

Nice looking design and colour although I found it a bit chunky to hold. The biggest problem for me is that it isn’t leak proof. It always leaked on the short walk from the car to the station, no matter how carefully I put it in my bag or that it was upright throughout. If you want a cup that you will be holding throughout it would be fine but it’s not travel proof and it won’t fit in most car cup holders either.

I bought these mainly as I was in need of the cleaner to clean some reusable plastic ones I already had and I thought it might be more worth to buy some metal ones with the cleaner rather than an 8 pack of cleaners.Anyways, I really like these they work well and look very pretty and I received many compliments from my friends when they come over, also it's nice that they have the silicone bits for a few reasons, one it makes it easier to recognize whose drink is whose, then it's nice to protect your lips if you're drinking something warm or I guess too cold, and then if you put it where the straw hits the rim of your glass it gets rid of the annoying noise of metal against glass.I definitely recommend this product if you want to "save the turtles" or just want some cool looking straws or a cleaner !

Love this cup! Keep my tea warm for a couple of hours! Which is great when you don’t have time to drink it during a working day! Sometimes it does keep your tea hot for too long and you have to wait a while for it too get to a drinkable temperature!In terms of cleaning it’s actually quite easy to clean, the sliding lid can be popped out to clean under it, you just need to close the lid turn it upside down and pop out the slider, then pop it back in when it’s clean.I’ve recommended this product to friends and colleagues who have bought their own and love it!

The gold is a lovely warm colour and makes the cup stand out. It works brilliantly at keeping drinks warm and is very easy to clean.But there are two factors which let this down for me - 1. it cannot be described as leak proof as the lid doesn’t lock as such so the mouthpiece where the liquid comes out of is always open. If you have a full cup and were walking or driving it would spill out. 2. The cup doesn’t fit into car cup holders, it’s too wide at the base.Those two things let this down but for a cup that doesn’t need to be a true travel mug as such it’s very good and looks the part!

Quite disappointed that this doesn’t fit either sized cup holder in my car even though it states ‘designed to fit your cup holder’.I’ve got 2 sized cup holders in the car with each having expandable sides and it doesn’t fit any single one... just pops out. Looks stylish and has a good vacuum lid however it’s a product I cannot use as it’s not fit for purpose.

This cup is not leak proof, even with the lid closed when walking the drink comes out the top. It does not fit into my car holder or pram holder either. The cup on the outside is freezing, with the cold weather today I could not even hold the cup as the outside turned to ice. This cup is not worth buying in the slightest and I would not recommend it, if I could get a refund then I would.

Needed one of these for work. It does keep your tea hot, but it doesn't fit into any cup holders and it's not overly stable. However, what I did not like about it was how impossible it was to clean the sliding drinking section in the lid. I ended up recycling it. Disappointing.
