Got this for my son who is in his second year of TaeKwonDo. This kick pad is very sturdy and has a metal plate handle underneath the padding so it's very sturdy and easy to grip. The digital counter is very handy to keep track of how many focal kick you hit. The counter will trigger when you kick the right spot so very good for getting that consistent kick. Easy to clean with a simple wipe to get the sweat off.The little meter that reads your kicks fell off the pad handle after few months of use.
