Cork Shoe Insoles Shock-Absorbing Arch, 2 Pack, Size 12-12.5 Women/10-10.5 Men

I got this because I spend about 12 hours a day in my boots. These slid in perfectly, and were instantly comfortable. From what I understand about cork inserts they are supposed to actually improve with time too. Unlike the Gel inserts there is no "squishy" feeling when you step and it feels almost the exact same as regular shoes, except.. you know without the hurting feet. My feet, knees, and lower back all feel significantly better after these. Three pairs of shoes/boots now have them, and I even got a pair for my dad.

These perfectly replaced the oem inserts in my comfy old Brooks Addiction walking shoes. Makes them comfy enough to wear around the yard for lawn / tree trimming work and what not I replace my shoes at the one thousand mile mark on the treadmill but they wash well and are not ready for the garbage. There just not up to 20 miles on the treadmill in the comfort dept after 1000 miles. My shoes were 10.5 and the Mens 10-10.5 are a perfect snug fit with no trimming. Read the instructions don't bend them. They are firm and very comfortable. I like them.

I wear these insoles in shoes without socks. I could never do that before, but these insoles add comfort and help to maintain a minimal perspiration level. I did not have to trim them. They fit well without adjustments.

They are cork on the bottom with fabric on top i always add insoles to my shoes to make my shoes more comfortable

Fits well, a little stiff.

I purchased a pair of new ECCO Biom shoes and my left foot felt uncomfortable. I've had exactly the same feeling in the left foot with another pair of Ecco. I decided to buy replacement insoles, as the standard ones didn't look like anything special. After some research, I decided to buy two different products hoping one of them would work. Guess what, this one has won! If fit my Eccos just fine after cutting them to the shape of the old ones. I wore them for a week and I feel less pain now. It did take me a few days to adjust, but I believe the insoles are having a therapeutic effect and helping my feet get into the right shape, so to speak. I'll be ordering more of these for my other Ecco shoes. Oh, and do measure your old insoles before choosing which size to buy -- I wear mens 9 (European 42) but I had to order 10-10.5 and that was the right choice.
