1/4 Inch Short
16 1/2 inch side was only 16 1/4... doesn't seem like much but it did cause filter to be pulled up into the air handler a bit. That compromises the seal and a portion of the air passes unfiltered. Vendor should update actual dimensions.

Disappointed at reduced number of "ribs"
Been using Aerostar filters for some time now. This new box I got delivered had the same filters but with less "ribs" or ridges. My old one out of the furnace has 19 ribs. These new ones only have 15 ribs and it is considerably lighter in weight. I guess you can say, it went down on quality by 22%.

Pleats bent, possible factory seconds.
3 of the 5 had issues with the pleats being bent out of shape. At first I thought it was just damaged in shipping as the top one was the worst, but the second looked ok and the 3rd and 4th were bent too so I know it wasn’t a shipping issue. The outer box looked fine. It looks as if they were rejected factory seconds. After a little manipulation, I was able to bend the screen and mostly straighten them. They are still useable, just takes some effort to get them looking halfway decent.

MISLABELED-WRONG ITEM INSIDE
Advertised and outside of box labeled as MERV13, BUT filters inside are a non branded MERV8

Great value AC filters
They fit the ac unit perfectly. They seem well made snd are much less expensive than the big name brands. Also they come in sizes the big box stores don’t carry.

Does not allow air flow through it adequately
I think it's a trade off between trying to catch a lot of dust particles and allowing air flow. My AC keep running because of little air flow going through these filters. I am trying to return them, because I can't use it

Good value & good performance.
I never realized how much dust a filter picks up till I got these. They are WHITE so I could see the difference compared to a dirty filter. Used filter is gray!

Great fit and price
Great fit and price! Too bad these can't be bought locally. I've looked my town over and everyone carries all sizes imaginable except the one's I use for my furnace. These work much better than the reusable type. Glad I can get them from you :) Thanks for selling them
