They felt really awkward and uncomfortable when worn with shoes, but if I tried to wear them barefoot, they grabbed the floor and made it really hard to walk. I had put in to return these, but over the holiday schedule and vacation, I managed to forget until it was too late. My loss, but maybe they will work better for you than they did for me.
