Office of ceremonies graduation regalia approved the charm
I used a hand me down gown and tassel. I needed a 2019 charm to make the tassel my own. The texture is not exactly like my peers but that doesn't matter because no one noticed. The tassel charm was also approved by the regalia team of my school. I saved $60! It arrived in the mail fast enough. It's the same size as the ones that come in a graduation bundle.
