Fantastic storage capacity. Love the tall sides. The non-skid bottom stays put on the counter when I'm stirring ingredients. The lids are amazing. I really hoped they would work so that I could more easily transport salads, etc. to potlucks. That's why I bought this set with the larger capacity bowl (they look small at first, but once you use them you realize just how big they really are by how much they actually hold). I was worried about the lids since the reviews were mixed. Let me tell you, once I figured out the trick to sealing them, it hasn't been a problem at all.The thing to remember is that there is a lot of air that needs to escape in order to seal the bowl because the lid sinks down into the bowl. If you just push down on the edges, the air can't escape and the lid will pop up on one side or another. You have to burp the excess air in order to get it to stay closed. Do this by pushing down on the center of the lid. Excess air will escape out the sides and the bowl will seal perfectly. Occasionally if storing warmer food in the fridge you may find an edge pops up again. Just burp the lid again once the contents are cold and you should be good to go. I wash the bowls in the dishwasher with no problems. But to be safe, I hand wash the lids to reduce risk of the lids warping. So happy with this purchase.

Picked these up because I had like, one medium sized mixing bowl, and it just wasn't working for me. These are great. The stainless has held up in the dish washer, the lids fit very well and snug, the non slip rubber base is a great extra feature, and they all fit together nicely as not to take up too much space in the cupboard. The 5 and 3 quart bowls are especially nice because they're deep, meaning I don't splatter dough everywhere when I'm using my electric mixer. These were also the cheapest set of 5 I could find on Amazon that came with a very large bowl. 10/10 just buy them.

For the price I paid for the bowl set, I very happy of the overall quality and the design of the set. The silicone bottom is colorful and firmly glued to the stainless steel. I didn’t try to soak the bowl in the sink. Just simply don’t want to take the risk to break the bottom. The inner surface has a very shiny mirror finish. Make sure you don’t use abrasive sponge to clean it. The outer surface is matte finish. It’s safe to use abrasive to scrub. These set can last a long time in your kitchen if you don’t abuse or use the wrong sponge. It has a slight sense of a style which is a good reason to keep them for a long time without upgrade.

This set of bowls and lids is really nice, best part is the lid fit so air tight, I was so surprised that I could not defrost some frozen chicken wings with the lid still on for 5~6 hours. Accidentally surprised figure that out due to trying to defrost some chicken wings and got sidetracked.

Not sure I hot the right ones. I wanted a simple bowl but these are not wide open they are kind of deep bowls. You can do bain Marie's on them..I mean I you wann do a Hollandaise sauce you got the wron item. They work better as container with lid. If you mix with other dishes then the plastic gets greasy. No good

Following much research and review, I selected the Estmoon mixing bowl set. I am glad I did! Here's what I like: 5 various-size bowls; the 8-quart bowl is a great size for large jobs; shiny, sturdy stainless steel; easy to wash; volume levels marked on the inside; classy engraving; non-slip base; pleasant lid and base colors; with lids, can store food; nesting allows perfect fit in cupboard; great value. I am glad I made this purchase and will likely buy a set for my daughter who was impressed with the set.

I find it difficult to believe there could be a better mixing bowl out there. These are perfect. Bowls have everything needed. Lids work great(it may appear that lids are a little tight when at room temperature, but they need to be that way because they will reduce in size a little when refrigerated). Easy to clean. Look great. Stack together great for efficient storage. Most of all, FUNCTION perfectly. And they appear they will last a long time.

Love these bowls. The silicone is pretty substantial so they do not slide around at all. The lids fit well. Love the easy to store stacking. The largest bowl is super big, but when I made a double batch of meatballs to freeze, it came in handy. The colors are bright and cheerful.
