The screen is too sensitive to light. It’s on the lowest setting and I still can’t get it to go light?Any ideas?

Goes through battery’s too fast and doesn’t always activate

The screen visibility is terrible, I've only had the helmet for about 2 months and the head singe is already broken. All I can say is that it was a complete waste of money.
