OSIR Toner

I put all 4 cartridges in an HP-6978 (Series 6900). Worked like a charm. The printer did maintenance after install. Then came up with a warning that working order couldn't be guaranteed. I cleared message and printed so far without a hitch. Print quality excellent, just as good as HP Ink. A major plus - They don't leak when you turn them over. It this continues, I found a new supplier. So long HP and your ridiculous prices.

Purchased a set of these cartridges for my HP 6978 printer. The black cartridge had a defective chip and wasn't recognized by the printer. I emailed support and got a quick response and some troubleshooting tips. However, after trying those it still failed. Support again was quick to respond and provided a replace cartridge which this time worked perfectly. Good product and good support I would recommend and will order again in the the future.

Have not written another review in a while since I don't have time and most things i have bought work as expected. Only got as far as opening the cyan and magenta since those were the ones i needed. The cyan started to leak after i removed it from the orange holder and before i removed the sticker to the tiny vent on top of cartridge, which got ink all over the place. After inserting cartridges into my HP printer they did not fit as snugly as the originals but i got them to snap into place after a little fiddling. If these were the only issues I would still give a 3 star rating. However the HP printer software blocks the cartridges from being used. Bidirectional support on the printer driver is disabled and I tried a bunch of other remedies online but to no avail. No instructions were included on how to get around this block. Had to return. I may have to just get HP cartridges and use other methods to refill them.Revised 7/13/2019I just bought actual HP ink cartridges and when only one was replaced (others being the original setup cartridges) the printer would also give me unrecognized cartridge issue. Once i replaced all (color and black) then the printer recognized the cartridges and would function properly. This review was a while ago so i can't remember if i replaced all to test but it is possible now that it was not fully the cartridges fault, though it still did leak everywhere. Upgraded to 3 star.

One ink cartridge did not work, and two of them were very messy with ink flowing - which went all over my fingers and took a few days to come off - no matter what I used to wash it off....... I won't buy again, due to the leaky ink, but the customer service was very good at doing a return which I appreciate very much ...

We bought these ink cartridges for our HP OfficeJet 6958.They are a great replacement for the originals we had.You can't beat the price. The only thing we experienced was that the printer did not recognize them as HP cartridges. Very impressed with the quality and price.

Got these to replace empty ones that came with the machine when I purchased it. I installed the magenta and the black cartridge and got the notice that they were not original; I bypassed that as instructed. They seemed to work fine for the first few print jobs and then the black stopped printing, now the magenta is the same. The cartridges seem to still have ink in them, but no matter what I do (clean heads, realign, blah, blah...) I can't get them to work. I reached out to the manufacturer about the black and got no response EVER. Now I am going to try and seek a credit or my money back for them. Don't waste your time or money would be my recommendation.

These seem to work well, no leaks or smears. Good price.

Extremely unhappy with products problem it did not have orange strip lock I received email after receiving cartridges installation advice I followed it and as soon as I remove slowly yellow tape black ink cartridge started leaking heavy . So I returned it all colors cartridges I did not even open
